KOTA The Triceratops Reviews

I really love Kota! He is a phenomenal toy and my 2 yr old twin boy, who was so "anti-cuddly", loves nothing more than to ride him, feed him, and put him to sleep! I'm so glad that my hubby has the eagle eye for deals. He got Kota in late summer '09, at Toy's R Us, for UNDER $70!!!!! He was new in the box and marked down to sell!

By Christmas, every closet in our house was stuffed full of deep-discounted treasures; including a Smores pony for our 2yr old twin girl! (Black Friday deal: $99!!!!!)

Kota will be a welcome addition to any home! My grandma fell in love with him over the holidays and just might get one for HER birthday; especially if I can find him at that price again!

I have to admit I found this toy for my 5 year old, But Ive had a blast playing with it... I found this used on craigslist since my son asked santa for this! He rememberd this toy from 3 years ago when they first came out!!!! We live in rural kansas so I drove to Denver to find this..He told santa he wanted the huge dinosaur from far far away LOL..

Very hard to find, but once I found him and found out what all he does - Wow! I cannot believe they never had anything this cool when I was small! I mean how can any little kid who loves dinosaurs be without one?! He moves his head, roars, chomps a leaf, blinks his eyes, and plays music when you bounce on his back! So very cool! When I found out he originally was $200, that was a little too high, and not worth it to me. But what I saw on a Toys R Us ad...I began a mission. Okay, when I'm on a mission, I'M ON A MISSION...and so it was my mission that last friday and saturday when Toys R Us advertised Kota on sale for only $79.99, I was very determined to find one for my son, who turns 3 in 3 weeks,and LOVES dinosaurs - totally loved the live show - "Walking with Dinosaurs." EVERY ToysRUS in the DFW metroplex sold out almost immediately! Being a working mom, I could not wait in line early enough. So, I did my internet search for which store had however many left. Turns out a small town 2 hours east had 4 left. I chanced it, drove there with my 2 year old, and had my husband call them every so often to see if there was still any available. They would not hold any "Mega Door buster" items. I was about 30 minutes away when they still had only 1 left. Of couse when I got there, someone else took the very last one. I felt devastated and it was a long drive back. I searched ebay - but shipping was way too high. So I searched craigslist. I emailed a guy who sold it for me, used, but in excellent working condition for $80...no tax. (Thank goodness!) And we love him! The smile and expression on my sons face will be priceless! Hopefully he won't be scared of him at first, but I think our boy is definitely going to love having a "Big Dinosaur" in the house!

we got 2 KOTA's - 1 for each grandson...
we got so attached, i hated to see them go. now i'm considering getting one for us! seriously!

this toy is awesome, amazing, and all those good words.

my little brother got KOTA for christmas + i thought i wouldnt really be interested in him, but im obsessed he's a really great thing for people who love dinosaurs, i think its amazing how if you rawr at him he rawrs back, a wonderful toy!

I am a sophmore at Auburn University and until recently I rode the Tiger Transit to class everyday. After finding the bus system to be completely unreliable, I invested in Kota the Triceratops. Best decision I've ever made! Instead of being late to class I show up in style, on a triceratops! I'm not even going to pretend that everyone isn't completely jealous of me. Thanks Kota for making my life so much better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i got this as a gift, and i have to say that it\'s by far the most amazing thing ever! i mean how many people can say that they have a pet dinosaur?!? now with KOTA you can too!

I absolutely LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!! It's so amazing for me, ease of mind riding around on this cool little triceratops! My grandmother loves it as well she makes it bring her food and such, we act as this is our pet due to the loss of my half rotwyler/pomeranian :) Buy it its very much worth it! woo-hoo!

Buy this thing today bring it around the park!

I can truthfully say, this dinosaur has changed everything for me. I took this bad boy out for a joy ride the other day and had to beat the ladies away with a stick. Thanks KOTA The Triceratops!

I've always wanted a put dinosaur. Now I can have one that I can ride too!
